It may sound crazy, but these boots are made for shreddin', yet they're comfortable, too. If you are an aggressive skier and a stiff flex (130+) is important to you, try Garmont's Delirium boots available with Alpine Soles. The Deliriums have a progressive flex for their stiffness, and if you like stiff boots, you will really like touring with these hardcore backcountry feet huggers. These Garmont backcountry boots are wide in the forefoot for better toe circulation with a snug, secure heel for solid edge control. The lower shell of Garmont's Delirium boots is double-injected with a unique internal pod that wraps around the lower foot so it secures your feet in solid comfort. The "foot pod" then links seamlessly to the stiffer outer frame for incredible leverage. This is a very unique and progressively designed backcountry ski boot. - High overlap transmits power directly to the medial mid-foot for better control
- Available with tech-compatible AT soles; alpine soles are quickly changed out by snapping-in and securing with three bolts per boot for interchangeability between backcountry and resort skis
- Easy forward leanáadjustment has three distinct positions regulated by one hex bolt
- Thermoform the liners for full customization of fit

A comfortable plastic "pod" (see that darker plastic behind the logo?) surrounds the lower foot and is enveloped by a stiff frame designed to transfer power efficiently from skier to ski. The result is a boot that tours comfortable but has ample strength for big descents in variable conditions. Adjust among three forward-lean options with one hex bolt. Available with alpine soles...
