The Patagonia Men's Powder Bowl Pants are constructed with a GORE-TEX Performance Shell finished with Patagonia's proprietary Deluge DWR, the Powder Bowl Pant offer serious protection from water and wind. Further durability enhancing features include scuff guards to protect the bottom hems from ski edge damage, and articulated knees and a gusseted crotch for flexible mobility. Loops on the rear yolke attach these pants to the powder skirt of any Patagonia Ski/Snowboard Jacket to keep the wind and snow out of the potentially chilly gap there. Looking for a ski pant that will stand up to the rigors of the daily grind? The Patagonia Powder Bowl Pant, made from recycled materials, has been my daily resort pant this season, logging a lot of days in a variety of conditions, ranging from super-wet and windy to dry thigh-deep powder. Through it all, especially the edge-scars, the falls, the tree trunks, broken bones, and rocks, the Powder Bowl has really surpassed my expectations on almost every level. This ski pant is constructed extremely well, has a ton of pockets, great internal gaiters, an oversized cut, and excellent inner cuff protection. I typically end up patching my ski pants mid-way through the season and having cordura cuffs sewn, but with the Powder Bowls', no need. For heavy, abusive, winter use, the Powder Bowl is great. I have basically lived in these pants this winter, and they have performed very well. Wouldn't hesitate getting another pair. . .
