The North Face Fargo Cargo Pants are bomber ski and snowboard pants for rippers who send it hard. Featuring a two-layer HyVent exterior, the waterproof and breathable Fargo Cargo Pants will keep you dry and warm, even when you're sweating hard on your way to the peak. As an extra safety measure, the Fargo Cargo Pants include a hidden RECCO avalanche rescue reflector when you're tearing up dangerous in-bounds terrain. The Fargo Cargo Pants also include reinforced cuffs to prevent sharp metal edges from ripping through the pants. A park fit delivers extra room throughout the hips, thighs, cuff and knees for a relaxed style, making the Fargo Cargo Pants ideal for freestyle skiers and snowboarders
  • HyVent 2L membrane is waterproof and breathable for superior dryness on the inside
  • Inner thigh vents with mesh backing regulate internal temperature when you're working hard
  • Elastic gaiters on the cuffs fit over ski and snowboard boots to keep snow from creeping in
  • Chimney Venting system improves air circulation and breathability to regulate temperature and moisture

FREESKIER MAGAZINE Assessment:

We all know that The North Face is an outerwear heavy hitter, so it doesn't come as a shock that they've once again met Freeskier's highest standards. The Madplaid TriClimat jacket has considered it all, literally. It has great functionality with three high performance (breathable and waterproof) jackets in one and it's reversible. Each jacket has a different purpose: wear the outer shell with liner jacket for ultimate cold weather protection; wear the outer shell on its own when it's mild; wear just the snap-in liner jacket when the sun is shining; reverse the liner for a more casual apres scene. Yes, it's that tricky.
