You will be hard-pressed to find a crew anywhere with as much experience and knowledge as we have at Jans.

Our clientele expects the best from us. We expect even more of you. You will find our employment packages are solid and performance-driven. The nature of our product and location reflects a demanding customer. Therefore, a positive, enthusiastic attitude is a prerequisite for all employees. Flexibility, attention to appearance and personal hygiene are just some details that are also required. Honesty is paramount at Jans and if circumstances dictate, you may be asked to participate in a "truth detection test."

Hopefully, you have a passion for, and participate in the mountain sports Jans represents. Prior experience is preferred but not a necessity. The nature of a resort town dictates long hours and very busy periods. Working holidays, nights, and weekends is a reality in our business. Although Jans is flexible with scheduling, we would like to be informed of any scheduling difficulties you may have over the year, i.e. transportation challenges, school, other jobs, etc…

We are very serious about our service and professionalism but we also like to play hard and have fun. We encourage an environment that balances the best of both worlds so you can enjoy a healthy, comfortable experience.

Jans will be hiring for the 2005/06 ski season. Depending on which positions you are considered for, please expect an intensive schooling and clinic period in order to prepare you for the level of service Jans requires.
