Jans’ Assessment: Look out! Hurtling down the slalom course, here comes a B4 chassis with twin magnesium power channels, aerospeed topskin, titanium laminates and a World Cup race base. And Bode Miller is on top of them! With this ski, Atomic is aspiring to win their 11th consecutive men's World Cup overall championship.
Ski Magazine Assessment: As with the GS ski, it features Atomic's new race construction: a combination of the dual semi-cylindrical foam cores underfoot and a capped sandwich construction toward the tip and tail. The cap layer is metal, dimpled to reduce drag – less critical at slalom speeds, but cool to look at. An incredibly quick ski!
