• Sneakers or bike shoes
• Biking gloves
• Flat repair kit
     (tube, inflator, tire lever, patch kit)

Starting in June, join us every Thursday night for one of our co-ed Group Rides. With three different groups to choose from (distinguished by intensity of the ride), you can decide how much you want to push yourself on any given week. Plus, don’t miss the last Thursday Group Ride of every month – it ends with a free BBQ and adult beverages.
