Explore Utah’s alpine wilderness with a full day of fly fishing the pristine waters of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest (UWCNF), which boasts nearly 2.1 million acres of diverse landscapes, the state’s highest peaks, and prime fly fishing.

A special use permit, granted to Jans Expert guide service, allows our guided trips exclusive access to 18 lakes and reservoirs, as well as three different river systems within the UWCNF. Because of the UWCNF’s vastness and its distance from Park City, only full-day trips are offered. Please note that fishing license, taxes, and gratuity are not included in the cost. Additionally, some of these areas do require hiking in high altitude conditions.

For more information call our Experts at the Jans Park Avenue Fly Shop at 435-649-4949 or email us at cs@jans.com.

Please note: Utah State Fishing License is required. To save time, we encourage customers to purchase a Utah State Fishing License and print before arrival.

Licenses are available for in-store purchase, though the process can be time consuming. For in-store purchase please bring photo ID or old fishing license with customer ID #, and your patience.
