The future of freeriding—the Ortovox Avabag Litric Freeride 28 is an avalanche airbag backpack specially designed for descents. This backpack is made up of two parts: a base that includes the back panel and electric airbag system and a detachable gear bag that zips onto the base. This allows you to customize your avalanche airbag pack to the type of skiing you intend to do. This particular model comes with a 28 liter gear storage pack that's ideal for recreational day-long trips in the backcountry. If you prefer more or less gear storage, a different size Ortovox gear pack can be bought separately.
